Return Instructions
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@icnomad.com with the reason for the return.
Return Policy:
- Sale items are non-refundable, non-
returnable , and non-exchangeable. - Returns are accepted within 14 days of order placement (or receipt for pre-order items) for a full refund or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using recorded delivery as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, with original packaging and tags intact.
- Damaged items must be reported with a photo within 5 business days of delivery.
- Returns not meeting these conditions will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
